    im not vilifying them, im saying that US choosing alternative of corn-ethanol, which has a "net" BTU deduct, was positive for crude oil price.

    That is CHEAP!

    Here in Europe nat gas costs 1.10 euro/kg which translates into about $4/gallon. Still, that's very ok, as it is half cheaper than heavily-taxed gasoline.

    I'm a satisfied owner of a nat gas car. They are quite popular at least in Italy and Germany.
