Doesn't sound like an ISP anybody have a idea. I don't want to go to the lawyer without a name..

I am trying to verify his name because FXDD said there wasn't anyone with a real account by the name of Mike/Michael Parker. I paid to do reverse phone number tracking and got the last name James out of Orange County New Windsor, NY serviced by Verizon... Intelius wouldn't give out anymore information. Anybody a good investigator PM me =0

  3. They probably didn't check that. I think they should search accounts by IP.. next time ill ask. Ill give them the one I have from emails a long with an request to search the ip they should of recorded in regard to connections to MetaTrader. Average guy can spoof IP's when it comes to sending emails but I don't know if anyone would go out of their way to do it in a program like that well lets hope there wasn't a option that made it easy, can't check for myself I deleted MT and have tried not to look at anything that says Forex/or involves money the words make me feel sick but with all of the support from ET it gives me hope and therefore exception to my anti-investing phase, I do want to get a house but dont think I will be able to since not enough money to put down. Hopefully VA loan works!

Leave the search for his identity with your JAG officer. Naval Intelligence can easily track him down with the information you already have at hand.

And the less you say here, the better.

  5. That's true.

At this point we've established that he churned and burned your account, and you have a valid case to present to the authorities.

The issue has moved way beyond Elite Traders and asking this guy "Mike Parker" (yeah, right) nicely to give you your money back (as if).

He's a total fraud and your next step is to contact these people:

    http://www.cftc.gov/

Here's the direct link to filing a complaint, the information is there to the right in the grey box:

    Ask CFTC

... and it's a little late, but here's the url showing what to look out for:

    Foreign Currency Trading Frauds

They have pages of information dedicated to people just like him.

    Good Luck,

    JJ

    edit:

    here's one more:

    http://www.ic3.gov/

P.S. Thanks for posting that info WD40, the dam broke when traders saw what he did to that account, and then had the nerve to speak so diss-missively of it ...

    Good lesson for ALL.

When some googles Mike Parker, mparkernys, MP6140, or www.stockhideout.com, his exloit on ET will be displayed for all to see.

People can decide for themselves, based on Mike Parker's presentation, including the Stamford research project diversion scheme (he was desparate for an escape route, wasn't he?), and the now well known churning list that lead to a wipe out in 2 days. http://www.elitetrader.com/vb/attachment.php?s=&postid=1250220

    ESCAPE ROUTE --- ROFLMAO !

try to chill you bounty hunter wannabees down a little with some tongue in cheek humor, and THIS is your reaction !

I told ya where i live -- a fedders 22 cubic foot refrigerator box, on the cliffs of the hudson river overlooking west point and the eagle population in Garrison.

Now Garrison IS NOT where they garrisoned the troops during the Revolutionary War, although Garrison is where they arrested Benedict Arnold, but was named for the steamboat landing that was owned by a man named Garrison (really !).

the actual name of that little spit of land was Garrison's Landing, and the hills overlooking that area are dotted with the castles of the landed gentry that lived there in the late 1800's thru the 1920's. Additionally, there is a very ornate railroad station, built for the very rich, who took there private train into NYC each day, to further increase their holdings !

All in all, one of the richest and most secluded rural areas in America, if not the world !

but alas, although friendly with many, my "hut" is that box i mentioned above --- but its a warm and friendly place and i enjoy it tremendously !

  9. Sounds like "MP" is about to catch a fraud investigation, with a possible ensuing lawsuit. And if "he" has any official financial adviser certs, they will probably be removed upon a negative judgment.

Yet here he is, cracking jokes after a relatively severe loss he caused to a service member.

Sounds very sure of himself. Kind of like he is untouchable? Wonder if he really is a US citizen?

    Be careful out there.

    Good trading to all.
