  1. acdspit00.....I would think that the US military would have lots of good opportunities. What do you do for them? You must be with the US navy in Japan?

  2. I am a e-3 Hospital Corpsman and currently I am doing the nurses assistant side of the house working on a general service ward and the other half of the time I am sent with the Grunts as their medical support..The opportunity is that I get to go to school right now since currently not deployed and see some of Japan. Thats still not without saying its expensive to do stuff so I just go home everyday after work and goto sleep wake up goto work.. and thats the only way a 21 yr old in my situation can save up 10k and be able to lose it like I did... so hopefully I keep the same routine and ill be back to where I started soon enough...

  4. You got heart, I'll give you that much.

    This is a harsh lesson to learn, but at least you get to learn it at the beginning of the game.

    Now, just learn how to trade your own dough. There are futures, options, stocks, bonds, ETS, mutual funds, gold, financials, metals, agriculture and cash instruments (just to name a few) that you can use to create wealth.

    Once you figure out what you want to trade, learn how to do it. There are some interesting threads here at ET, there are plenty of good books, and of course, there's plenty of information on the web.

    Put as much work into creating your wealth by trading as you have in getting together your initial grub stake.

    You now admit that the account got a margin call. Do you know how much money a $10,000 account has to lose to get an automatic margin call? Most of it!

    Your delusions about patients at the OPs hospital closing the other trades is bizarre. You have the perfect character to be a vendor, think about opening a paid chatroom.

    MP "Looking to go long here."

    Market tanks 1%.

    "Ok I took that short, hope you were all with me. It was an obvious reversal from the chart. If any of you missed it don't worry, after a couple of months in the room this will be second nature."

  6. ======================================

    i have stated, from the very beginning that there was a margin close at 80% that cost 1500 -- leaving 8500 in the account -- thats a LONG way from EVERYTHING my "inability to add numbers" friend !

    while "something" certainly happened, the margin hit wasnt it, and there was never another margin call, never close to another one !

    I dont mind constructive criticism, but youre simply proving the old chestnut about "everyone has an opinion . . . . . . . . . ", and yours have been based on NOTHING so far, further proving the correctness of the saying !

    funny thing about this board (and not this thread in particular) -=- you people LOVE to attack each other, as i have seen while checking your threads ! Say what you want, but ive never seen this much negativity and animosity directed at EVERYONE, as i have seen here !

    "dont confuse me with facts, my mind is made up !" seems to be your rallying cry !

    mp --- if nothing else, at least positive in nature !

    This guy is so dangerous, he still does not know what he did was WRONG !!!

    You over traded the freak'in account, and you had to ask for more money.

    and the draw down was more than the ever possible imaginary profit; you could have made tons of money going the other direction.

  8. =========================================

    i requested that chris put more into the account as a safety having been burnt the first time -- i didnt want to chance another !

    as it was being borne out, no margin correction was needed, and from that time on, none would ever be needed ! Unfortunately, Chris closed the account and that was the end of that !

    since you have the logs, check the prices please !

  9. LOL :D

    This guy rips-off the fish that was lured in to his bait (to the tune of 10 G's that he worked and slaved to get) and he complains that we're the one's who are negative?#!! :confused:

    Boohoo, "i requested that chris put more into the account as a safety having been burnt the first time -- i didn't want to chance another !"

    Your comments make no sense whatsoever, oh, wait, someone else already said that.

    Nothing constructive to be gained here (certainly won't learn anything about ... TRADING)

    So adios.

    edit: actually the request for more funds makes perfect sense, bucket shops always request more funds when they've gone through the first batch!

  10. Note I closed it because I was about to be at 0, and I was convinced by friends that 700 is better than nothin so I am sorry I closed it (actually just changed the passwords in my choicetrade and fxdd accounts, fxdd canceled the account) but I really didnt see a 1000% ROI coming my way anytime soon ...
