Our support staff is trying to reproduce the problem locally but is unable to. Support staffs are responing to you via email. We have proposed a number of solutions: - use F11 to repair data gaps - disconnect and reconnect to IQFeed to switch to a different server
Yes, you did not call me back when i left a phone message... we are 4 hours into the day... yes i have upgraded to Build 45... yes i have done F11 forty times yes i have dis connected and reconnected to DTN yes, DTN charts show all the days data yes, you respond by email but every half an hour is too slow... cj
Use Group> Export Package to send us the problem group. Use Help> System Info to send us the system info file. We will review the chart and hardware setup to try and reproduce the problem locally. We will provide a workaround once we can reproduce the problem locally.

Ok, I deleted all the files and folders you suggested and restarted NT but i still cannot get the intraday data to show for @ESZ6 i have data for all other indicators and stocks, etc⦠markets - just not ESZ6... during the day every time i reload or do F11 more intraday data disappears...as you can see in the pic⦠cjâ¦
