Don't have a credible link. But, this is what I've been told by other experienced traders. No. If you can find it and post a link to it, that would be much appreciated. I am seriously thinking about something similar to this without the losing traders part.

I have to tell you this just does not work, I'm sorry. The logic becomes flawed as soon as you start to look at the way the market behaves. Also, you are doubly on the outside on the spread and pay double comm. All round, it's a non!
This is identical to trading as one trader, except you pay more in transactions costs. A terrible strategy.
