Learning to take the emotion out of trading is a big necessity. Itâs very hard to do but I agree itâs absolutely essential to trading well. All too often guys take winning systems and screw them up because they get emotional.
Just send your trade ideas to me. I'll do the opposite and you can just pay me half of what you would have lost, therefore saving 50%.
I am curious as to why a trader would spend his time on message boards - racking up nearly 10 000 posts - if he was profitable. There are other and better ways to spend one's time. The post you had earlier about 3 losses in a row being unacceptable... I would suggest for most beginning traders, reading things people like you post on these boards makes them worse off, not better.
Following are the reasons most new traders loose. 1. Lack of experience 2. Unreasonable expectations 3. Absence of a sound trading plan 4. Getting greedy 5. Ignoring the rate spread fluctuations and the impact spreads have on profitability 6. Holding losing positions too long 7. Too many open trades 8. Excessive leverage 9. Lack of discipline I am sure you fall in to one or more of the above categories. Be patient and study well before you proceed
