Losing focus in trading.
recommendation?

The hybrid market and the low in VIX are driving me nuts.

 

What do you trade? I trade index futures and they have been pretty good these past couple days.

 

Whenever I've lost focus, I'll take a few days off to go on vacation, or play golf. Things should pick up after New Year starts.

 

Instead of focusing on the market, focus on your method.

 

its a slow time of year, of course you'll lose focus

 

Close your trades and walk away. Don't ant to make careless mistakes this tim eof year. Go do something fun and come back when market is humming.

It is obvious that you are losing focus.

Your first step is to be able to write say 30 sentences and not just 3 sentences.
You did not tell us all the vital info.
Are you a man of few words?
Based on your 3 sentences, it is obvious you are not keen to improve your concentration.
