It always amazed me when you see sprawling 100 room mansions in Hollywood for millons of dollars, that'll get you maybe one floor in building in NY. Jack Welch had an apt in NY (Trump building, I think) 45k a month, pretty cool. Who knows what an apt in the TW center costs these days. In China town you can sublet your bed. You work the day shift and rent your bed out to a night shift worker.
