  4. Save your money on the red bull and buy some taurine to go with the ginseng. The only acceptable use of red bull is when mixed w/vodka.

  5. Hermit, I don't think you should be too bothered about your trading, as long you're making regular money out of it.

Trading is a business like any other.

If you're making money but not feeling fully focussed as of now,
then what you probably need is a vacation.

Get recharged and get back to continue making money out of the markets. Wish you the best.

    Quick question:

What do you guys recommend drinking to start your days? I've got a real love for this business though I'm experiencing stomach pains as a result of the stress associated with it. I wouldn't trade it for the world though I would like a little reduction in this pain.

Should I lay off the coffee or what?

  7. Set 1 gallon of water on your desk...sip it throughout the day. Try drawing lines across it to indicate where you should be at for the passing times of day....sorta like on-track volume :)

  10. First thing to do when you lose your motivation:

1.) do not come to this site.

2.) maybe a vacation is in order.

3.) try to get fixated on money again.
