I got mildly steam rolled selling on the CAD numbers earlier and stopped out on US NFP, but hit one out of the park in ZB to make a nice day.

    good trading!

  2. Hey me too. I covered my short CAD yesterday at a slight profit near the end of the selloff. Then decided to get back in overnight at slightly higher levels (1.0530)... Then that goddamn CAD jobs report killed that. Added.

I use fairly strict risk management trading FX, the USD weakness has been one way in this pair so getting stopped out is no big deal.

I will wait for a more clear signal and re trade CDZ07 another time. Stay tuned.

by my calculation that puts you down about 7.6 % on your account as of today's close. here is an idea about how to manage....get the hell out!

  9. Any takers on the long loonie side here?

Interesting day to say the least.. The CAD trade balance comes in a billion dollars better than estimates, aussie & kiwi both up 1.5% to 2.5%, oil ends up $4/barrel, and the loonie can barely hold on to a 0.14% gain against the greenback?
