Happy cinqo de mayo!! guess what I did ... a SAR overnight short usdcad @ 1084, 1085, 1086 stops @ 1100 target @ 1020ish Looking for usdcad to break this floor @ 1060 before the NFP If at all possible I do not want to hold this short into the NFP
USDCAD Broke the floor for the terrible NFP and 1020 looked like a possibility but then it was a buying spree ... talk about buy the rumor and sell the news!! Even the IVEY number was awesome and that did not help usdcad Talk about frustrating!! I am still keeping my stops @ 1100 moved my cover limits below 1000 to 0975 next week is a new week I guess. If anyone has any reason or tip why the usdcad did not convincingly break ... please post . I am interested to hear why. Tried to look at that RIVER chart analysis posted a couple days ago but no technical indication why the usdcad did not break today
I thought for sure you'd get your 1020. Came very close, unlucky there outlaw. Only thing I can see is this was support last year in the 00-50 area before it started the decent sized rally. Seems like a logical target for at least some profit taking to occur because it is such an obvious pivot area. If no reaction here and we smash through it, then that is good info! I hope you get filled on it outlaw. Best regards, MK
Maybe I'm an idiot. But I have a lot of my indicators saying BUY, BUY, BUY!!!! And hopefully the FED won't make me loose my shirt in this trade....
Are those the same indicators that said BUY,BUY, BUY @ 1.2000? This knife is in melted butter now! el surdo
Excellent! Where did you post your entry, not that anybody doubts you have been holding these since March, just curious. el surdo
I did not post it as I don't post all trades I make. I do not expect it to be believed, just as I would not believe someone else who posted it out of real time. I respect your skepticism and retract my claim because it really wasn't right of me to post that.
You are a true gentleman, rare these days on ET! I hope it was real Bro, I have been watching this one way pair for the past 500 PIPS wondering where it turns around! el surdo
