I am looking to build an equity option prop firm from the ground up. There is some infrustructure in place, but I am looking for expertise in this area. Anyone here with experience hiring back office, traders, and programmers(IT)? Clearing is in place. Can anyone give me an idea of what kind of budget I would be up against?
