I live in Rancho Penasquitos, in late 20s, and have been on my own trading for about 2 years now. I need to get out of the house, and want to start a trading office. Looking for a bunch of guys (3-5?) who can split the rent, shoot the shit during the day with, etc. etc. I'm thinking Mira Mesa, Clairemont, Carmel Valley westmost for space. But cheaper rents are preferred. My only personal issue is i'd likely prefer most music listeners to keep what they listen to low, or use headphones. Other than that, I'm cool.
