I would be very carefull with this kind of setup. I can tell you at least in Germany your customer could maybe sue you to pay all the losses you caused him if you have not made a very carefull designed contract with him. And as we all know losses can happen everytime and don't count on the fact that someone told you he knows the riscs.

A point well taken, which is why I don't engage in trading for someone else without a clear understanding in writing, and a disclosure repeated again with every invoice I send. They are also given the option to withdraw at anytime for any reason. Nothing I have said in these posts is a solicitation for anyone's business.
