Looking to form a hedge fund

I'm looking to form a hedge fund (along with 99% of everyone else on this site)

I was wondering if anyone had any advice on someone that could do back office work and could recommend legal for the formation of the fund.

I have a good track record and people with access to great capital.

 

Where are you based ?

Where are most clients based and how many ?

 

There was a GREAT thread on this subject about 9 months ago. Author had recently gone through the entire process and answered everyone's questions. Dig around and you'll find it.

 

I'm right outside of NYC. Most of clients money will be in U.S.

 

Did you happen to remember the author or the name of the thread...I tried digging around there is tons of stuff regarding funds and formations of funds
