Tickdata.com is ripping off customers by charging ridiculous fees for their data, and its data is known to be inaccurate
If you're a C or C++ programmer, then I'd highly recommend DTN's NxCore service. You get a "tape" for each date containing every trade (and optionally quotes too) exactly as reported by the exchanges, and a well-designed API to access them.
