Looking for Steve46 comments on LRC

  1. As a general comment, I did not expect to see the thread disappear.

Since it was not important enough for me to track (meaning keep a file on it elsewhere as a recourse) I did not bother to do the work to have a record of it.

when baron didn't delete my first deleted comments, I did notice my comments were missing on my "search" to see if anyfollowon had occurred. The follow on logic was it was deleted not by Baron since he started deleting exactly one post after my post. LOL...

I did not expect to loose the second effort I made but I did. It did make a good example of something that I am interested in and now it is gone. Since I'm lazy I pay the price.

My view is that the baby is being thrown out with the bathwater if the "baby" is viewed as the general commentary on edges. there were many many edge definition comments that far out weighed the usual ET ongoing level of performance.

I kept open the reasoning that the thread might turn to considering edge trading rather than be just a thread on the main example.

So if there are a couple of following threads, it may be that it will turn out that a quality thread on edges would emerge and another thread could run on how there may or may not be an edge as Steve46 is doing what he does. This is the key front consideration.

It is noted that ET is changing and the usual prevalent management threats and the usual VI and B people dominance sets the tone of ET. It is "built in" to the operation as a given result of the organization. Personally, as an object of both, I am told to check out because I am senile and a cry baby and off topic. There really isn't much breadth to the slot in between these low parts of the ET map. How can an self motivated person who wishes to enable himself get to the quality stuff that many people here are capable of contributing? He can't. It is well and frequently noted that the number of proven capable contributors has declined sharply and mostly only hangers on (those who are still here) remain.

I am having a ball these days. Most encouraging to me is the VI team who really really debugs the stuff on the table where I play. I am beginning to think ET needs a VI team. lol......

  2. I would like to point something out for your benefit Cheese:

I don't mind diversity of opinion. I like it. Even when I don't agree with a comment, I find that it motivates me to examine my own logic.

What I object to are comments whose aim is to disrupt and keep you from getting any benefit.

The underlying reason for these attacks is simple. Read Takenoprisoners message carefully. He and "his team" have an unstated agenda. That is primarily to get next to newbies and sell something. If I am here, they have a problem, cause I object to folks trying to sell crap systems to my friends for $6,000 a shot.

Its possible that there is nothing more you need to learn about trading, and for you its "every man for himself". I understand and I make no judgement.

    Good luck to you
    Steve
