If the reply is not too late... Take MQL4 or MQL5, its easy to learn and implement. Many brokers have MT4 platform for many types of instruments and markets. So later you can trade anything or use your indicator in whichever market you choose. Further, online help is available in abundance. Udemy and other sites are full of Video courses and Text books are available on Amazon. ------ Alternatively you can check C# (C Sharp). It is default language of CTrader platform.
