I can't tell you a specific firm, but maybe I can point you in the right direction. Chicago has tons of option related firms. I would just go on this list and find the Chicago firms... from there visit their websites and double check if they trade options: http://www.tradersnarrative.com/list-of-proprietary-trading-firms-735.html Some most respectable firms that come to mind include Chicago Trading, Eldorado, M&N Trading, Marquette Partners, Ronin, Wolverine. You would have to double check about how and if they are option related. (This forum will probably be moved to prop forum) P.S. Dutch firms like Optiver also deal with options but that's probably not the ideal location lol. Good luck
CTC and Wolverine are mostly MMs in options. Depending on your style that could be an option....pun intended. M&N seems to be more of a yield curve shop, Marquette a high frequency shop. There are a few boutique firms in Chicago, depending on whether you are doing futures or equity options.
