I'm looking for a scanner that comes with good default settings or easy to change settings (no programming). Realtick and Esignal are a bit pricey for me. Any advice? I use IB so I'm assuming that I will need a reasonably priced service to backfill data also. I have done fairly well in the past with plain old intuition but now I'm laid off so this will be my job now. I have $200k to throw around and I am hoping like hell that this works for me so I never have to work in another corporate cesspool.

If you want evening scans as well as some intraday update we offer a variety of them at www.tradingscans.com which is currently free. If you want an application type scanner I think www.tradegopher.com is one of the best.
