I am seeking a sublet in NYC (below midtown) for 5+ desks. Can be on an existing trading floor or just empty space. We are not looking to join any trading groups, so don't ask. We are just looking for some space that's a little more open than what we currently have. So if you have or know of some space, it would be much appreciated. Thanks.
Do you know what size in sq ft or amenities you want ? There's still a lot of available space in commercial areas.
Thanx for the PM's. I appreciate your input. Yes, there's a plethora of space downtown, but I am not looking to go through the hassle of setting up space for only a few desks. I really just want to get some unused space on a pre-existing floor. Easier and cheaper. We have our own equipment (computers) - we are just looking for empty desks with data access. Thx.
Well I don't know if you found anything or not, but I do work with a few companies that do this kind of thing for office space. I think they have short term and long term options based on what you need.
