That's a common misconception... that all successful people need to live that cliche lifestyle and look. There are plenty of wealthy people out there who live like working class, lower middle class, people...not everyone is obsessed with finer things. Money becomes a meaningless number and purpose

It is not a cliche, Airbnbs are places for people who are looking for cheap accommodation. I don't see a successful trader going there.
airbnbs aren’t just cheap accommodations anymore. why stay at an Airbnb? Lots of bedrooms for family, dining room, kitchen, often a yard, etc. it’s not about money. last week, my family went to Aruba for spring break. We stayed in a 2mm condo (1k/night). Internet sucked so I had to hotspot my phone. on another note: I don’t think anyone should consider themselves a “successful trader.” An experienced trader knows that you can go bust or your strategies can dry up on any day.
