I believe Futures Mag or another mag has been publishing the liquidity of such products for many years...
Not too amazing. These lists omit Asian markets such as Kospi, HSI, Nikkei etc. Kospi is very liquid as are the options as well.
ill take that liquedity table with a grain of salt. most liqued and tradet european equity market dj euro stoxx trading above > half a million above place 50 ?? dax future in top 10 with its < below 100k contracts / day ?
SXE ist 4 th . Eurostoxx future stoxx is 62 ( including UK and CH) Obviously someone who needs to hit/lift for his strategy that works in Equity markets should try DaX Future because it moves similar to ES and has a much tighter spread and even a bit more volatility
i trade it discretionair once in a while, compared to ES this one is still a bit more trendy.one can not afford to stay in during news, no matter what timeframe you trade, this thing moves like a lamborghini at volatil times and can jump 40point in a heartbeat which equals usd1400 with a single lot.margin is over 7k, i would prefere multiple lots on the ES for API trading
There is something wrong with the liquidity table link. That is not the table shown in traders.com' http://www.traders.com/Documentation/FEEDbk_docs/2009/10/FutLiq.html The table is from another link.
