Get your list of quality stocks assembled. 200SMA on chart. When SMA is rising, buy when $ falls back to SMA. Exit when SMA begins to fall, immediately. Look for next symbol.

In the duration of your interest in trading what are a few of the standout ideas that you consider to be in accord with your aims? From there maybe some ideas will flow your way from traders that can then have reasonable expectations of relevance to you.
IMO, a simple MA crossover or MA slope change, no matter the lookback period, will never result in a positive expectancy trading system. The reason why is group delay, commonly called lag. If you persist in using trend filters, look into tracking filters, such as alpha-beta-gamma or Kalman filters. Yes, you will probably have to learn some new concepts and math.
I do Field Engineering work for Dell, and I have to go to offices to fix computer equipment. Many times, these offices are empty and just the IT people are there. I would short anything to do with office market, people want to work remotely, companies don't need all of this office space.
