I pay $215 total per month for 3 people here in Georgia with Humana. We have a $7,500 deductible per person per year with a $15,000 maximum family deductible per year. Annual Ob-Gyn check-ups, mammograms, and annual check-ups with an Internist, Family Practitioner, or Pediatrician are free with no co-pay or deductible. The plan does not cover prenatal care, postnatal care, or baby deliveries, which is fine by us, since we do not plan to have any more children. We have one child now.
