I was checking out work stations at hp.ca (Its Canadian prices) and i found one with like 16gigs of ram. Would this be good? http://www.hp.ca/products/static/workstations/xw8200/specs.php What is a really good system for running 3 or 4 lcd's? Thanks!
Unless you're running high-powered data cruncher, any modern Athlon or P4 rig with 1GB RAM and enough systemboard slots to accommodate 4 monitors will do. No performance benefit from overspending.
