My stats are messy the past couple years since I had to withdrawal capital and profits to pay medical bills, then I reinject more capital later to trade again Just checked this yr pnl, up $4300 after commissions. average account balance probably around $1500 when I did have capital. I easily had drawdowns of 50% when I did have capital. (all trades are daytrades, no swing trades)
So, I am only looking for futures professionals to cooperate with, and the details can be discussed further
So you're probably putting out pretty impressive metrics (granted, you can't eat Sharpe or percentage returns). I recon you have rather specific setups so capacity is pretty small. HFT do it better than people, but it's a hard game for other reasons (infra is hard to build and edge persists because of it)
Nah, I'd imagine if this was real (my prior is that it's not), it would have to be some sort of a managed account setup. I've done these with a few people (the outcomes are well described by the video below ), but the only ones I've seen succeed were guys who either had real mentorship or had prior industry experience.
It's a delusion. Costs of high turnover automated trading are pretty steep (e.g. it's not uncommon for data/infra/vig to to be in hundreds and possibly millions of dollars) so there economy of scale that come with external money.
