Looking for a Trading Software

I am looking for a Prop. Trading software with: Nasdaq Level II, Futures Feed, Time of Sales, Charts and Graphs. And I am looking for something similar to www.pcquote.ca where instead of commissions per trades or shares, you pay a monthly or annual fee (about $5,000 annually in the case of pcquote.ca) plus exchange and SEC fees of course.
