Looking for a simple excel downloadable list of all US stocks

By exchange, and with symbols, by class. warrant, if trading. Looking for something downloadable and sortable or searchable by symbol.

 

Bloomberg Terminal

 

NASDAQ stocks:

ftp://ftp.nasdaqtrader.com/symboldirectory/nasdaqlisted.txt

NYSE, AMEX, and BATS stocks:

ftp://ftp.nasdaqtrader.com/symboldirectory/otherlisted.txt

Files are updated daily.

Edit: class, warrant, when-issued etc. are encoded in the field CQS Symbol

another way to do this is creating a google worksheet might work for a lot of purposes
