The guy must be in his mid-twenties. He will not have a proven record. He has barely lived thru a market cycle. A bull market produces a lot of "geniuses". A track record involves being thru several cycles. Why do firms like degrees? After you wash out,(90% ?) they can still use you in research/support, marketing and management.
