Apex Clearing offers only options and equities and PM only to USA persons and entities. Apex futures is another firm, not connected. Apex Clearing will begin accepting foreign accounts again in the fall. Right now they only offer Reg-T to accounts in your country. I can help if you contact me directly.

Sharktraders are charging $0.0002 per share. (85% pay out and a few hundred dollar for Sterling Trader)

Are there any companies based in the US offering a comparable package?
