Well ... I received a notice from some "dude" via email seeking a job. I dont know if he's a buddy of yours or not. But he never send his resume or gave a reply to my email. Unfortunately (for him), there were a couple of great buy-side analyst positions (junior) available that I knew of. Mostly boutique shops, hence they rarely advertised the available positions but rather they chose the network route. All in all, eventually they had to source internally, i.e. administrative assistant took the job due to lack of sufficient applicants. Its unfortunate cause they were primarily looking for undergraduate.
