Have you tried a Google search? (Make sure to use an antivirus, because I know nothing about these sites.) It's my understanding that downloading or distributing copyrighted material is illegal unless you have consent from the rights holder. Just about everyone does this to some extent though. You've violated copyright laws if you've ever posted a meme, gif, or quote on social media from something that's copyrighted.
You are just wrong. This is why we have the VPN. ISPs track all internet traffic. They know what sites you go and what you download. Nothing to hide.
You buy a book, read it and then give it to your friend Andrew. Andrew reads it and gives it to his friend Bernard. Bernard reads and gives it to his friend Chuck, etc...etc.... According to you Andrew, Bernard, Chuck (etc...) are all thieves and you are their main accomplice, yes?
You can listen to a new Madonna song, learn to sing it; sing to your friend; your friend smart enough to learn to sing it too, and to the next friend and more. I guess that is not thief. But requesting an electronic copy of any copyrighted book, song, movie and software and not paying is like a thief. Same thing if you copy the entire book, CD or DVD....
