Looking for a decent cheap historical data feed

  1. Hi guys,

Could you please recommend a good feed that could provide the following:

    1. Intraday 1 minute resolution bars on all NASDAQ,NYSE stocks going 1 year back.
    2. Tick by tick data for about 800 stocks daily (The stocks are randomly distributed) also going 1 year back.

Price is a major factor since I am currently able to download such data from IB API.
The drawdown is that they implement throttling and it will take me couple of months to complete and also their volume data seems lacking.

So if the price is right I am willing to pay.

Subscribe to esignal classic which is delayed for $45. Download intraday data using qcollector from www.mechtrading.com Cancel esignal when you have the data.

  3. Thanks I will check it out

  4. I've heard Sierra also has a decent service, but don't have details.

Personally, I use IQ Feed and QCollector.

  7. They don't have their own database, they just sell a tool which downloads data from Yahoo?
