    You got that right! Isn't even close, Not sure what his angle is promoting San Fran and the Bay Area so much, it's become a major clusterfuck, that's why I asked if he was a realtor.

    Ex-tech CEO's home is the most expensive in East Bay market
    A 22-acre estate is the most expensive East Bay home to hit the market with a price of $39 million. The home of Dave Duffield, a creator of PeopleSoft, stretches 20,647 square feet and has a dog spa, aviary and a cinema. Proceeds of the sale will go to a nonprofit pet shelter named after the Duffield's deceased dog. Duffield's company was acquired by Oracle in 2005 for close to $8 billion.
