Does anyone know if the opening price of leveraged etfs is affected by the requirements of the fund to be X amount higher or lower based on the amount of leverage and its underlying index. Thus if i placed an LOO order would they be forced to fill me at a price approximate to its nav or would the loo order be filled according to NYSE ARCA requirements and then the etf would go up or down based on its nav. Does anyone know if leveraged etfs open any different than other etfs. Thanks for the help....
