Long history of charts

  1. What software or website lets you look back at a very long history of charts on an intraday/daily/weekly/monthly basis while still being able to apply indicators to the charts?

Would Metastock or Esignal do that if used with the correct data feed?

    Thanks

go to the "analyze" tab, then "snapchart" tab. It is free, it only cost $$ if you want to use it live during trading = about $ 45 per month. You can change the type of chart, period, etc.,. and change the date for previous day

    Tradestation goes back 90 years.
Very interesting to look at the DOW chart from the 1920's. Like looking at a portal through time.

  4. It really is Ess, very educational too

Since we are on the subject, I think the 1929-1930 DOW chart looks all too familiar and possibly foretelling.
