    But it was the GBP that crashed, not the Euro.

  10. Why should Europe or anyone for that matter even try to replicate a flawed business model that only benefits those who pay up? Do you understand the basic tenets of financial exchanges? It's even written in their charter but some at the exchange became greedy and as always bowed to the highest bidders. Here it is : "the basic underlying precepts of financial exchanges is to provide a point of exchange so that all market participants are served in an EQUITABLE AND FAIR MANNER WITH EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES TO TRANSFER RISK FROM ONE AGENT TO ANOTHER" . Does that sound remotely like a representation of the American stock exchange chaos you have today?
