Where were you idiots when the decision came to buy a NICE TV, or entertainment system, OR THAT GOTTA 10,000 DOLLAR ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM, that your gonna put on that new ZERO percent interest credit card.

Where were you when you HAD to go out to the NICEST restaurant to, spend all your money to impress a girl so you could get some p***y.

How about that new 45k car that you HAD to have to impress people!

IT GOES ON AND ON AND ON AND ON.

BUT NOOOOOOOOOOO, NONE OF US ARE RESPONSIBLE. None of us were buying houses out of our price range! It's always someone else's fault in this country! This country has a real blame game problem. And while congress, the Bush admin, Ben Berncrapy, and illiterate Paulson are mostly to blame. We as Americans are as much to blame as well. As while you were given the leeway to buy such things. NOONE told you to buy that house, run up that credit card, buy those extravagant items!

So now that we got fat and greedy COLLECTIVELY, and we don't like the repercussions, which is we are all less weatlhy, LET'S GO OUT KILL EACHOTHER AND REVOLT!!?!? LMFAOOOO what stupidity!!!!!

If Bush tried to take over, if the Chinese bought out the US and instilled Communism, BY ALL MEANS LETS GET IT POPPING, BUT BECAUSE PEOPLE LOST SOME MONEY, "LETS GO OUT AND KILL PEOPLE!" LMAO so fucking sad!

Try reading the "cash" you hold. Do you know what a "note" is in financial terms.

Regardless, hoarding fiat cash is sucker bet #2.

Well, if I thought I was going to live this long I would've been more prudent.

93% of Homes are not in foreclosure.
    http://blogs.tampabay.com/realestate/2008/09/national-forecl.html

I think the mistake Americans have made is not over extension but being so permissive in allowing the crony capitalism that has grown up to swallow up our financial system and inevitable our freedoms.

The majority of Americans pay their bills, go to work, and stop at red light s at 2 AM

But as always leverage by its nature can wreck much destruction with little effort

    1) Highly levered investors who bought up multiple homes on easy credit, have killed the family next door who put 20% down and got a fixed mortgage. They cant control the fact that their neighbor has 5 houses in foreclosure and all rented to deadbeat illegals

    2) Highly levered CDS (60-70 Trillion) which was a shadow market for moving liabilities of the books, unregulated. The overseers turned a blind eye because they were in the pockets of Big Finance

    3) Congress pushing the CRA, and Fannie Mae and Freddi MAc down our throats and allowing them to monopolize and by default nationalize the Mortgage Market.

If there is blame for the average American is for not having more outrage. In other times honor, freedom and lives would have been the prices paid for the crimes committed.

However we truly reap what we sow if we allow the next administration to further nationalize private enterprise, increase the taxation burden, and permit further theft via monetary inflation.

  7. Hey, what's the point of having credit if you're not going to use it?
