Dear Morons in charge,

None of this would ever happen if you made the criteria for a halt, both of the following:

1) A wacky print +/- 10%. Within whatever non sense time frame you pulled out of your asses.

2) The current bid/ask actually has to be around where the wacky print went off.

Problem solved.
