This shit has happened for decades and no one cared... all of the sudden the market is "broken" because of misprints.

it is true, this crap is 20 years old. they should not be halting on lone misprints outside the nbbo. if they are, they are dicks.
It says on that bloomberg screenshot the exchange is P... = arca, right? How was there 0 liquidity on the arca book, out of nowhere? An Arca glitch?
