Login Loop Problem

    description for this particular forum:

    from Interactive Brokers. This forum is also
    staffed with employees from IB to provide
    official information and support."



    Are you saying that, that is misinformation
    and what is posted here is not true?

    You might try a different browser. I use Firefox but have Chrome or Edge just in case something isn't working. I have run into the occasional web site where some key field or button isn't displayed correctly (it's there but invisible).

    It's also possible that a field has an error and the message isn't displayed or not obvious so you can't proceed.

    I've also had issues because I use an ad blocker that's suppressing something important.
