starting about 6pm pst after repeated login attempts kept receving the following msg: 'Login failed: Exception of type 'CQG.TraderDataAccess.SessionManager.InstrumentMetadataNotAvailbleException' was thrown' contacted CQG, not able to provide assistance contacted AMP and after some conversation and the rep checking my connection from his end, informed me it was working. logged in and it was - who knows why others reported the same problem last week on the NT forum
yep same problem last Friday morning...was "resolved" i made the wise decision of switching to Zenfire. I was on Zenfire before but decided to switch because I didn't want to pay inactivity fee but the reliability of CQG has been a joke. was out for half a day less than 4 months ago and now this shit again. i had maybe two outtages over 3 years with Zenfire.
