Lockdown workouts

  1. I have a prowler/sled, squat rack, 16/20/24/32kg kettlebells, a good collection of various bands and a cheap bulgarian bag. I have actually enjoyed this time with actually using all this stuff instead of just going to the gym and these being rare accessory additions.
    I am really liking pushups with a band.
    Right now though I would love to go to the gym just to get out of the house. The people at the gym are training partners in a sense even though I don't work out with anyone. Even the short drive to the gym does something for me that is therapeutic or focusing I feel like.
