I have read from investopedia all that I can. I don't want to tell you what I'm planning, investment wise. Just some type of property deal... Just wondering if you have been in one or both?? Downside vs upside?? Liability and being able to get out of the P or C. Yeah, I know it's what's in the contract...But, can my portion be sold easily?? Can I walk away from any and all liability?? Please no "I think"...Those who are in or have been in, I'd like a response. I would talk to my CPA, but it's tax season... If I am close to a deal, I'll get the attorney and CPA involved... Thoughts??
