Living on a boat and avoiding taxes

    There is zero tax in the UK under about £8000 a year earnings.
    Trading is tax free too. The brokers pay.
    You had better hurry to immigrate. There are 100s of millions waiting to come from the 3rd world crap economies.

    Owning a boat comes with all kind of taxes, aka upkeep. You know if it flies, floats or fucks....

    Actually "under £11,500", now.

    The first £11,500 of income is free from income taxes, after which the rate is 20% on income (after allowable deductions, naturally) from £11,501 up to £45,000.

    At this point as a U.S. citizen who proudly served an entire military career I'm starting to think I need the "protection" of a second passport. Not going to revoke my U.S. citizenship for a variety of reasons, not least of which I actually do love the country I served, but "protection" isn't one of those reasons.
