  2. Yes...I was just comparing it to Colorado (Denver area). I have already been checking into condo properties in Vegas and I have found a few I really like (and I agree about the timing of a purchase....it does seem like better deals may be ahead).

I have been out there three times in the last few months....I will probably go out there just after new years to look more.

  5. i guess burglary would be entering and stealing, while theft is other stealing like shoplifting and stealing a car radio from a car.

If you don't want burgary , theft and autotheft, crime in general, move to Dubai in United Arab Emirates. 1 million people live in Dubai and its so safe you can leave the keys in the new Lambo

Beautiful new apartments, mansions, no taxes, honest women that are not gold diggers like NYNY and about 20,000 young hookers to choose from. HEAVEN

How about getting kidnapped and getting your head chopped off that would be on my list of things "not to do".

I am trading out of Fort Lauderdale beach. A pleasant area to live and trade.

  10. At least in South Florida you can buy a handgun and get a concealed carry permit, to give yourself at least a chance at self-defense, unlike New York and Chicago.
