Also the short was before the open i took a long from the begining of the trend and i shorted on zone of rejection of yesterday and overnight this also was another mistake as i don't wait to see action i was doing 2 things on the same time so have to stay focused all the time or not trade when disturbed

Normaly i start trading at Open of europeen session so trade overnight and Open US most of the time i made the day before Us open
