List of stocks per option exchange?

    Anyone know where I can find a list of exchanges where a given stock option trades? e.g. Given stock XYZ I want to know which exchanges XYZ options trade on. (PHLX, CBOE, AMEX, PSE, ISE).

    most options are listed on all the exchanges these days.
