Hmm...lets see...you cant pay your employees, but thats not a default? I know if I dont pay my mortgage, i am in default. If i dont pay my credit card I'm in default" Can you imagine a guy calling up his credit card company and saying "yeah, I cant pay you this month...I'm having a bit of a budget gap. I will have to give you an IOU." How is that not a default?
